Henri Stempffer was a French entomologist . He was born January 23, 1894 in Paris, 19 rue de Charonne and died the November 1, 1978 in Paris, 4 rue Saint-Antoine.〔Luquet (G. Chr.), 2004. He then was working at the Banque de France and living 32, rue Théodore-Honoré at Nogent-sur-Marne (Seine).〔Admissions, 1922.
